New Hope Elementary After School Activity Policies and Procedures

● Registration will be done through SchoolPay ONLY. Registration will open on Monday, February 23rd and registration will close on Thursday, March 12th. You will only be able to see classes that your child is eligible to attend based on their grade.
● THE REGISTRATION FORM, PAYMENT AND PARENT PERMISSION FORM must be received in order for your child to participate in the club. Once a class is filled, it will no longer be available for registration, and it will not show up in SchoolPay.
● THE PARENT PERMISSION FORM will be sent home with your student in the green communication folder once you paid for the club. If we do not receive a signed parent permission form prior to the selected club starting, your student will not be allowed to participate and you will not be refunded.
● Please be sure to pick up your child each day by 3:30 through the front carline. You will need to procure a car rider number if you don’t already have one you can purchase one on School Pay. Car rider tags were given out during open house or when your student enrolled this year at NHE. After two late pick-ups, your child will be asked not to return and you will not receive a refund.
● Students who are not picked up by 3:45 will be sent to our NHE SOARIN After School Program and charged $25.
● If your child misses a session, there will not be an opportunity to make up the class. However, should a session be canceled by a teacher or due to inclement weather, activity teachers will contact you with a makeup date.
● In an effort to avoid traffic backup, students will all be dismissed from the front carline using car rider numbers. Please make sure your child knows their car rider number. Parents that forget their car rider tag will need to park and come into the front office with their driver’s license to obtain a temporary tag.
● Regardless of who is picking up the child from clubs, they must have the car rider tag for us to release the student to them. Each family was given two tags at Open House. If you are in need of an additional car tag, you can purchase an additional tag for $1 through SchoolPay prior to the start of clubs.
● Students must follow the code of conduct or they will not be able to participate in After School Clubs and no refund will be given.
● Students who are absent from school for a full day or are not present for half of the day (4 hours), or leave school early due to sickness may not attend the club on that day.

New Hope Elementary After School Activities Session 4
Session Four of New Hope After School Clubs begins the week of March 23rd and continues through the week of April 27th. Activities do not meet when students are out of school for holiday breaks or during conference days.
All proceeds benefit New Hope Elementary.
